WHO IS JAZZ THE CEO?

Just joking, but let me really introduce myself I am Jazz The CEO aka #thedappersecurityguard but my mom named me Jasmine Lee. I am a cancer 7-11 is the day of each year life gets better and better besides the free Slurpee's at 711 I always give myself new goals. But since its the new year coming up instead of my birthday let's just talk about some things I want in 2022. I declare, claim, manifest and speak it to be so... That this is my most lucrative year in business yet , my most abundant year in all areas and that this year will be my most healthiest year of life so far! Mentally, physically, emotionally and spirituality . I will be over flowing with recognition , contracts , clients and everything else my business needs to grow. I wish this for all my readers as well! So lets break down who I am ? You may follow me on social media and see different sides of me at different times. This blog is to connect all those sides and allow readers to get the information where and how they relate to it the most.

First we can start with the title Jazz The CEO I am the CEO of a security and investigation company in Maryland called After Hourz The Brand I started this company to provide elevated service with integrity that works to change the perception of security officers, and enforces the unalienable ideal that everyone deserves an equitable standard of safety.


Now let's dive into why my hash tag is #thedappersecurityguard, I am a avid suit connoisseur. I show up to all my executive protection details dressed to impress and to fit in with the caliber of my client and or the team I'm subcontracting on. Looking the part and looking professional is very important in this industry. Your reputation IS EVERYTHING! On a V.I.P detail in DC working along side of the secret service and some other major private sector teams. I was pulled to the side and notified that I was being switch to a different team and location due to how I looked and carried myself. They wanted me closer to the main client and their team. Which lead to great connections and more details down the line.

I am a security industry veteran with more then a decade of experience under my duty belt. My father is a United States Marine Corps veteran and current LEO, my mother is an ordained minister, and my brother is an Army MP, needless to say being a protector is in my blood. Having started at the bottom of the security industry as a mall security guard and even before that without any credentials but just passion I was doing security at all my own parties and local parties in my home town of Buffalo NY. By me only being 5ft. 3in. tall I have had to master a variety of skill sets to become the seasoned professional I am today. One of my major skills I've relied on has been De-Escalation it has literally saved me from some potentially crazy situations. Which lead me to writing my first book " FROM 0 TO 35 De- escalation tactics, techniques, and tips to use before ever pulling your weapon " which is available now by the way.

Currently I describe my self as a De-Escalation Advocate, Entrepreneur, Daughter, friend, Christian, Private Detective, Social media Influencer, Author, Instructor, Patriot, and overall a Security Industry professional. All I want to do through social media is to share my experiences, knowledge and light with the world, be a vessel for people looking for opportunities and change the stigma placed on the average security officer. All while teaching people to always protect themselves!
