THE FAST WAY TO MAKE MONEY AS A PRIVATE DETECTIVE

 As a private Detective the hardest thing is getting clients and because that takes time. I'm going to tell you the two fastest ways to start generating revenue while your waiting for that first big investigation client.

THESE TWO services have made me the most money, because they happen more often, and you can serve multiple types of clients with these two services alone!

                                       BACKGROUND CHECKS & PROCESS SERVING

A background check is a process a person or company uses to verify that an individual is who they claim to be, and this provides an opportunity to check and confirm the validity of someone's criminal record, education, employment history, and other activities from their past. The frequency, purpose, and legitimacy of background checks varies among countries, industries, and individuals. An employment background check typically takes place when someone applies for a job, but it can also happen at any time the employer deems necessary. A variety of methods are used to complete these checks including comprehensive database search and personal references.

As a Private Detective you can offer Background Check services to just about any business. If the business has to hire employee they will need background checks. If the business needs to rent to individuals a house or product they will need background checks. Below is a list of possible clients you can go after just to get you started.

1. Housing organizations

2. Apartment buildings

3. Staffing agencies

4. Rental businesses like rent a center or Arron's may use a subcontractor (YOU) 

5. ANY BUSINESS WITH EMPLOYEES (Especially with high turn over rates)

The second way to make fast money as a Private Detective is Process Serving.

1. Process Server: a person who serves legal documents, as subpoenas, writs, or warrants, especially those requiring appearance in court.

This right here is my favorite its a fast pace service, fast turnover and fun to do. Well sometimes fun to do, because people HATE getting served. They can get a little nasty! I personally use only law firms as clients but you can serve legal papers for a few other places as well.

1. Insurance companies

2. Equipment rental stores

3. Furniture rental stores

ETC.

All you do is get the papers, serve the papers, fill out the paper work, and turn it back in to the court or your client. Then move on to the next one. I have done 20 serves in one day before and made a two weeks salary I would get at a regular job I a few hours.

If you are just getting into the game using these two services as a way to gain experience, get clients to talk about you to potential clients, and drum up revenue is the best thing to do.
